What melodica is this?
That is the Suzuki MIDI MELODION SMW-1000.
All I know about it is what’s here:

On the Kenban Harmonica World site. very passionate and informative site by the way.
Seems that Suzuki doesn’t produce it any longer.
It’s curious that Suzuki still uses it as an image (the one you have here) on their melodion page.

Yamaha was making it’s BC3 controller which was a small headset with a mouthpiece but I believe they have stopped that now?
