Replacement valve for Hohner red alto melodica

I have one of the old-style “capsule”-shaped red alto melodicas from Hohner – one of these – https://i.pinimg.com/originals/33/49/40/334940f8c6f3b843d78dfeafcce397bb.jpg – and the rubber valve for the condensation release hole has completely died and broken into pieces. Hohner do not make this instrument any more, as far as I’m aware, and although their spare parts page has what appears to be the correct mouthpiece for it, there is nothing there that looks like a replacement condensation valve.
Has anyone had any luck finding or making a replacement?
