Found: possibly antique Russian melodica?

I passed through Kazakhstan sometime last year and picked up a melodica at an antique shop. It’s got a nice sound and I would like to find out more about it, if anyone here can help? The label on the case says росмупром which I believe means “husband”. That or I could be severely mistaken.
Also recently the mouthpiece got lost (long story involving kid nephews) and I was wondering if I could get advice on replacing something I know so little about.
