I have the P-32D and really like
the sound. At times it’s the sound
I want, at other times I prefer the
sound of my Suzukis (M37c & M32c).
My questions:
What difference in sound does the P32E
offer when compared to the P32D?
Is there any difference in weight?
Are there any other notable differences
you can mention?
Thank you for providing any
insights you may have!

The P-32E is not much different from the P-32D. The E is slightly lighter in weight, if I’m recalling correctly, and has slightly more rounded edges and corners. The sound is the same. I personally prefer the D, which to me feels a bit more solid and is easier to grip. But there’s not much else to choose between them.
Thanks for your input Alan.
I really appreciate it.
I’ll stick with the 32D and look at spending money on a different model in the future.
It is such a great melodica. I have several of them, even one of the pink ones.
