Where can I buy a mouthpiece for my P37EBK?

Hello,
I bought a Yamaha Pianika P37EBK this fall and I noticed that the tube and the mouthpiece can not be used with my other melodicas. The reverse is true too: I can not use my mouthpieces from my other melodicas on my P37EBK because the mouthpiece doesn’t fit in the melodica. I even searched and bought some on Amazon, but the ones that I found do not work either. I didn’t find anything else. Where can I buy a mouthpiece and a tube that fits on my melodica? Would I need to buy another one if my accessories break.
