This is mostly hypothetical question 😉
Is there any multi voice melodica, like accordion has 2,3,4 voices. Or better ask is there tremolo and musette melodica?

Yes, there’s the (discontinued) vibrandoneon, with 2 voices, which can be an octave apart for a bandoneon sound, or slightly detuned for a musette sound
