The 1896 patent by Hubbard D.B. Williams shows 2 possible forms of a cylindrical free reed music instrument.
You can find it in the google patent search under US 569777 A
Figures 1-3 showing the bisonoric version (blow + draw reeds), and the smallest form in figures 4 and 5 (only blow reeds)
It has no keyboard mechanism, one can only turn the button at the back to the left or to the right.
It’s more a music toy instrument, or a pitch pipe with 12 or 24 free reeds.
Anyone knows of a commercial make or a historic model of this patent?
