Didn’t we have an italian accordion maker whose uncle was a reed designer here at the forum? As far as as I remember he offered help with melodica reeds – maybe it’s time to call him up and ask him if he’d design some mixture between accordion and harmonica style reeds?!? I’m sorry I don’t remember his name and I didn’t find the right thread.
