This morning I received a Suzuki A-34C, which I’m going to include as an M series Suzuki melodion along with the M-32 and M-37, because it is very similar to the M-32C except for the number and range of keys. The M-37 is more like the Pro-37v2, only it’s better and cheaper (in my opinion, I should keep adding).

Hey Alan, thanks for explaining what I didn’t understand myself to full extent (and what a wise dentist – I wish I had one myself!)
Concerning the idea of placing the thumb beneath the melodica: this reminds me of some button accordionists who play with their thumb staying at the side of the keyboard to stabilize their hand.
