Just reduced from $45 to $41. This is an early 1980s ancestor to the current P-25F, to which it is very similar in almost all respects, though it is a duller, more conservative yellow in color. Unlike the currently available P-25F, it was made in Japan rather than Indonesia. If you love the P-25F, as I do, and would like to have a vintage edition of it, the P-25D is a good bet. I have both it and its very similar predecessor P-25C — but the P-25C (mine at least) has a bit of the sticky key annoyance that’s common in earlier Yamahas. The P-25D does not. Vintage Yamahas are typically airtight.
