Hi I recently heard a recording that had melodica as a featured instrument. Now I have fallen I love with the instrument. Does anyone know where I can buy a really good quality one???? Thanks D
Hi Denise. Welcome to the forum. There’s many good melodicas, such as the Yamaha P37D, or Suzuki Pro37. If you need the extra keys and a pick up mic, think about a Hammond 44 of Hammond 44 HP. Check out the reviews on this site, under ‘Articles’. If you’re in Europe, you can get a Hammond from Thomann.com, or if you can visit London, Macari’s on Charing Cross Road always has a good selection. Good luck!
Oh That is great! Is there anyone in Paris???
Thanks Denise
Yes, there’s Woodbrass near Porte de Patin metro. They seem to have quite a few melodicas you could try out…
