Tuning with an Electric Engraver

I have suspected for a long time that factory tuning of high end melodicas and keyboard harmonicas is done with and electric engraver or something like it. Finally, I have tried it with an inexpensive variable speed engraver:
I believe this is the way to go. My experience is reported here:
