    1/3 deposit, but Martin assures refund if BB flakes. Just trying to decide what my window of patience is. But I’m not worried about refund. Martin’s a good guy.
    I’m still ok with waiting another month, maybe 2. I’m more concerned about BB’s conscientiousness.

    Ok… C or B griff, and why?
    My impression is that jazz players like Galliano and Beier play C, maybe because that puts the jazzier whole tone scales on the easier parallel line with the fingers, and B aligns the chromatic that way, better for classical?
    I really can’t figure out why one over the other.

    Also, what is the difference, other than 200 bucks, between the Dreux button and chromatic instruments?

    I can’t remember if mine’s a C or B griff. I’ve sold the Dreux model now, because I found an original, which was smaller and lighter. And that’s in storage right now, so I can’t check for you…
