Looks like a Hohner Electa solo starting at about 2:44 .
Probably a lip synch performance but assume that is the sound from the recording?

Hello Kevin, Unfortunately the Hohner Electra does not have portamento, pitch modulation and it is monophonic. The sound that is heard on the video has all of these. But its a good show, awesome find. The Hohner Electra can create many great sounds especially if used with effect pedals.
