ParticipantJazzman, please explain the advantage of the compound pipe versus just a straight pipe?

ParticipantThe advantage of the composite tube that moisture accumulates not inside the instrument, but at the joints, between 1 and 2, 2 and 3, 3 and 4, 4 and 5.

ParticipantJazzman, very interesting. Is there a limit to the amount of joints or does it restrict air flow if to many? I am going to try this. My Superforce really gargles after about 30 minutes.

ParticipantThe man who created this tube – a former aviator, doctor of technical sciences . He has tried various combinations of tubes with different diameters. The main goal was: the ability to breathe easily and to prevent the ingress of moisture into the instrument.
