Thanks. That’s a good idea. I just wondered if someone had a special interest in accordina/melodicas. I’m in the USA and there is a good accordion repair man nearby.

Definitely try the accordion guy, I am in Los Angeles, there is a guy there in the Atwater Village area “Daves Accordions” who has worked o. Some of my melodicas.
