So this instrument, the Hohner Electra, measures air pressure as you blow into it. Plus, triggering a note sends an electronic signal to a sound generator. The sound generator then uses the air pressure and note information, along with other electronic input or modulations (vibrato, octave setting, etc) to generate a sound.
Is it fair to say you have a very rare synthesizer that uses a melodica-based system for control?
